    Meet the BITS Team

A carefully selected team of budding professionals has been chosen to assist in providing the highest level of service. Whether it's removing spyware or restoring a backup after a system crash, you can count on our collective talents to keep you safe, secure, and productive in this digital age.

    Dana Camp, Founder

His computer hobby started long before being of working age and his early employment experience working for Staples stores. Dana attended Southern Connecticut State University, where he graduated with Honors and a mathematics degree. While at Southern, he was employed by the University IT department for a variety of student-supported roles. Prior to starting BITS, Dana also worked as a freelance IT technician for several professionals and firms. These contacts became BITS' first customers.

    Rick Callahan, Partner

Rick has been a BITS business partner since the company was founded. Running his own web design business, WebLux, LLC, Rick is a digital media expert and a certified electronic publisher. Since their two companies were founded, Rick has worked together with Dana acting as a ‘man behind the curtain’, helping to make everything here at BITS run as smoothly as possible. Additionally, Rick often serves as an in-house advisor to our BITS team.
